Storing wines in the home
Even if you are going to keep some bottles for only a few weeks or months the following hints should be followed:
Don't keep them in your kitchen as cooking smells, light and varying temperatures can damage your wine.
Do keep your wine in a room or cupboard which stays at a constant temperature and is protected from light.

Will a wine improve with age?
About 95% of all wine is made for immediate drinking and will not improve with age. Only wines of high quality will benefit from ageing, and how long they last will depend on the quality of the vintage and the characteristics of the grape used. As a rule of thumb with white wines, look for the youngest vintage available.
